Drawing on C-suite leadership experience spanning healthcare, government and mission-driven organizations, Christine founded Adams Street Consulting to provide organizations with the kind of executive leadership she believes creates the greatest impact: focused, flexible and embedded within the organization. Rather than advising from the sidelines, Christine works alongside leaders and teams to solve problems, build alignment and deliver meaningful results.

Prior to launching Adams Street Consulting, Christine held executive healthcare leadership roles at LCMC Health, helping grow the organization from a two-hospital system to an eight-hospital, $2 billion, dual-academic, nonprofit health system. As Chief Experience Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, she led human resources, marketing and consumer strategy through multiple mergers and acquisitions, launched a unified health system brand, strengthened patient and consumer experience, and aligned workforce strategy with organizational goals.

An active speaker and advisor, Christine shares insights on leadership, digital transformation, brand strategy and organizational growth. She also serves on several boards, including Youth Force NOLA, and is past a president of the American Hospital Association's Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD).
